Ablo or Abolo is a delicious gluten free steamed rice cake made with rice,corn,yeast,sugar and salt. it mostly eat by togolese ,beninese, Ghanaian and ivorian , great for party or home.
Add 4 cups of lukewarm water to the ablo flour and mix them well.
Cover with plastic film then wet towel and place in warm area for 2 h.
The mixture should be airy and lighter.
poor in 15 to 18 cupcake mold (filled 3/4 )
Steam it the mixture for 15- 20 minutes and your ablo is ready.
Allow it to cool down before remove from the mold and serve.
